Delivery & Returns
Delivery Policy
We currently offer nationwide delivery. For delivery outside Ireland, please contact us directly by email at skinteriorsanddesign@gmail.com or by filling out the contact us form.
All orders are delivered by either registered post via An Post; Royal Mail or by Fastway Couriers. We charge a flat rate of €7.95 per delivery. We recommend you provide a contact number that we can pass onto the courier who may need to contact you to arrange delivery.
While we endeavour to deliver your purchases on the date stated, unfortunately we cannot always guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.
Orders received Monday - Friday should be delivered within 2-3 working days. All orders received on weekends, bank holidays and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders received after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you.

Returns Policy
We really hope you are happy with your purchase(s). If however you may need to return your product(s), here is a simple guide to make the process as simple as possible for you.
Please note, unfortunately we do not offer Free Returns. You can return your item(s) if required via your local post office. It is advisable to retain your receipt or return goods by registered post, as all goods shall remain your responsibility until they have been received by Sharon Keenan Interiors & Design.
Faulty Items/Damaged in Transit:
Please contact us directly within 10 days of receipt of your goods on skinteriorsanddesign@gmail.com and we will forward you a returns form to complete. If your items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carriers delivery note stating this. Items should be returned in their original packaging and with completed returns form enclosed. Once received, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
If you change your mind:
If your purchase is not suitable and you wish to return it, please notify us in advance by emailing skinteriorsanddesign@gmail.com and we will forward you a returns form to complete. Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were posted from us originally, complete with original packaging, labels, components, accessories and completed returns form within 10 days from the date on which you received them. You will be refunded for that product(s) less the cost of the original delivery charge, to the original payment method.
Returns for Bespoke or Custom made products:
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for any items that are specifically made to order unless the item is faulty on receipt.
